Quartz is readily available and is the 2nd most abundant mineral on earth. It and has many uses from industrial abrasives to glass. The color variations in quartz are from the other minerals found in it. Beautiful and very hard this mineral is well suited for daily uses.

Quartz also has many healing properties used for meditation and spiritual purposes.
